Hey Public Mobile Community!
I’m deaf. I want to set up this text-911 service that I believe all Canadian mobile phone carriers offers to their customers for free.
I am unable to find a way to turn it on.
Can you please inform me how to set this up?
Thank you

So, I tried following the links in this document: https://assets.ctfassets.net/g0l02radjx86/13UcS5uEtiMoO2gA6G8QQM/7f040d10f46f76df007da8ee3495a59b/E9...
The links in this document don't allow me to register for this free service. Why? They're dead links.
I've referred to the information in this dialogue (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/T911/td-p/644856) and none of the links or suggestions are working for me.
Do you have any additional ideas of how I can access this free and important service?

This thread seems to be pretty recent.

It's called T911. User challa said that you text something to a short code number.

That's a very good question. Maybe @popping can help you with this query.

Just keep in mind the compatible phones list is outdated.
