Other than submitting a ticket on Chat. Click on your avatar>Messages>click on Pen & Paper icon and address the pm to CS_Agent.
PROPER way to communicate with PM support is to open a Ticket.
Answering Private message might be delayed due to sheer volume of messages/tickets.
