my sim doesn't work so how do i activate my account. I don't have access to my Public mobile account either, I called koodo and they said my number was ported over.

Hi @zhang1031 - Could you please submit an email using Get Help link? You will need to click on Contact Us > My account > Password > I need to reset my PIN.

hi ,my phone number is 438xxxxxxx, i want to pay now, but i forgot all of the things, my email  is fxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.com.But i forgot my pin,can you help me to find my pin? Thank you a lot .
