You can change the SIM card on your account via Self Serve by going to Plan and Add-ons - Change SIM

Thank you, but:
1. I have two Publicmobile cell phones.
2. I broke my second phone.
3. I do not have an account for the second phone
4. When I try to open an account for the existing second phone Publicmobile
sends 6 digit code to my second phone that is broken. !DEAD END!
