Im trying to port my number from Koodo prepaid to PM and the port your number option doesnt work. Please advice

@Brandon_2002, When porting from Koodo prepaid, you absolutely need the assistance of the moderators. Set up/activate your SIM first with a new (temporary) number, and then contact moderator team for assistance with the port. Also note that the email address for Public mobile must be different from the one you used on Koodo .
