It would be so much easier to explain it talking to someone. I get confused with online login, sign in, or sign up I forget. It's I think 9yrs when I bot a new samsung phone that's the sim card I locked. That phone is still around here somewhere I think but I don't think it can help here. If I had the part the sim card came in I think the puk code is on that but I don't have that. Anyway I bot a second hand iphone and just put in my sim card and no problem it worked. Then I got a samsung s23 second hand but it would say sim not registed. There was a sim card in the s23 that worked in my iphone but not in this phone. I took my phone to where I bot the new phone and sim card first but they couldn't figure it out. Then I called samsung and found out that the second hand s23 was still under warranty. FedEx came and picked it up and took it to the repair shop. Well they didn't find anything wrong with the phone and the warranty ran out during the time it was there. I got the phone back and it still didn't work. I was trying everything in settings and locked my sim card. Someone else was already trying to do this because there was only like 3 tries to unlock it when I decided to try this and I failed. I put the sim card back in the iphone and it didn't work. It's asking for sim puk in my iphone which doesn't stay charged so it's dead also. I think I know how to contact an agent thanks to you guys with I'll try. The thing is I hope I'll be able to login, sign in to get my code

I'm not good with login, ever safe I'd,pins and passwords, sign up or sign in. I get something wrong I'd get codes but I couldn't get codes sent to my phone number or my ever safe email for a second time to see if it's really me. I was close to getting it solved but when the customer agent messaged me I couldn't get into my account to see what they said

Hi ty so much. It's mind boggling trying to figure this out. I originally bot samsungphone new. Then I got a iphone second hand and just put the sim card in and it worked. Now I bot another second hand samsung s23 but my sim didn't work in it. I took it to the store where I bot the first phone and they couldn't figure it out. I then called samsung and they couldn't tell me why I couldn't make calls or text. They said my s23 was still under warranty and FedEx came to get it. When I got it back they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and I need to try my sim card and hope it works. Well I was getting not registered when I tried calling. I was getting so many messages trying to figure it out and going through alot of settings. I locked my sim card in settings on the s23 they give you like 10 tries but someone else tried this before because I only had like 3tries. I put the sim card back in my iphone and it won't work there now either. However I have some attempts left in my iphone so I'm hoping to get the code I need. Between puk code pins and passwords and emails I wish I could figure it out. When I'm waiting for an agent to message back and I was close I'd messaged my phone number and got a reply. But couldn't not get signed in or login and I don't understand the difference between them. I didn't get whatever that message from the customer agent was. That was a couple of days ago and I'm really surprised I got to explain all this to someone

what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places
If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP" or "SIM not Supported" or on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"
You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier help unlocking it.
(Sorry, for this particular issue, PM support would not be able to help)
