PM cant find my number to send me a text so I can sign up,
Every time I try to activate the SIM card I get a Error 821
and trying to get a ticket is not working.
I am about to give up.

@David27 - Did you enter your credit card information during the activation?
Insert the Public Mobile SIM card and perform below troubleshooting:
*turn off your phone, then reboot
*removing your SIM, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings on your device
*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.
*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

@David27 Do NOT try to activate again with Error 821
There is a chance that account was already activated.
Please check credit card and confirm if PM already charged you, and if PM charged you once or multiple times
Were you request porting when you activate? Error 821 usually comes up when you enter IMEI number while it was looking for Account number
As I said earlier , your account might have already setup , put the PM SIM in a phone and see if it can connect to PM. If so, try to make an outgoing call and see if it work (incoming likely won't work yet)
