The PUK is something you set on your phone and the only way to get the PUK to have it unlocked is to contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot below or private message them above.

Find your PUK: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/where-to-find-your-puk
- SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK - is asking for the phone’s (often Samsung) “master code" after entering the wrong code too many times. Samsung and/or your previous carrier can give you this.
- SIM network unlock PIN" is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI (dial *#06# to get it) and they'll give it to you. If you enter this incorrectly too many times, you'll get the error message above.
- PIN unlock key (PUK) is a SIM-specific code used to prevent unauthorised use of a SIM card.
The PIN (Personal Identification Number) enables secure access to the SIM card and network. It is provided with your SIM card.
If the PIN code is entered incorrectly 3 times, the phone is locked (except for emergency calls) and requires a PUK (Personal Unlock Key) to reactivate it.
Once the PUK is recovered and validated, you will be asked to choose a new PIN.
Only Public Mobile's Customer Support Agents (CSA) can give you this type of code, which the device manufacturer cannot.
Caution! If the PUK is entered incorrectly 10 times in a row, the SIM card becomes unusable.

@Jicknordan what is the exact error messages? there are different PUK and need to act differently. If your phone has been using on PM without problem and suddenly have this sim PUK error, then yes likely it is sim card PUK it is looking for. If the phone was never used on PM network before, then it is different
If it is a Samsung and if the message is "SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK." ,
call Samsung 1-800-726-7864, The only info you will need to provide for a master unlock was the IMEI and where the phone was purchased
If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing "Locked SIM"
open a ticket with PM Support using this direct link: https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Oyn1L6
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP" or on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"
You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier unlock code. (PM would not be able to help with this)

Just click on the Simon chatbot on the bottom of the page, enter "need PUK", and follow precise instructions based on what the messaging on your device is stating.
