I would like to open my own Public account with my email, and switch my daughters account from my email to her email.

@Lewin72 : Report any private messages you get offering their referral code. You can use either of your daughters referral codes. They'll get a dollar each renewal plus $5 credit for 6 months starting in January. You'll get a $10 credit within 3 days. Make sure of the code. ie. zeros and ohs etc.
Edit: also, give them the account PIN. The email is the login with it's password. You can get the email changed. Give them the password. They can change it if they like. The PIN might still be on your phone from 611 from when you activated. Otherwise you'll need to ask for that as well on their behalf. They will text it to the phone with that account SIM in it.
The voicemail password can be changed by them in the self-serve. Then you've handed off what matters.
Who's paying? 🙂

I have 2 kids that have used both of my emails, so one is off to university and I would like her to manage her account on her own plus I am switching to Public and would like to use my own email.

HI @Lewin72 , changing email address used on Self-server requires CS Agent assistance
If you are in no rush, open a ticket to ask PM Agent to change your daughter's account to her email address first. Once it is done, then you can use your own email address to open a new account for yourself
To open a ticket with PM support, click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

You might also wish to assign an 'alias' e-mail account to the new service for you, if you wish to retain communication amongst both accounts going to you.
This is quite easy with Gmail, and perhaps other e-mail services.

TLDR: Just Message the CSA team as per the previous reply, they are the only ones who can change your email for you on the self-service portal, your new email will be your login name going forward.
