@Cldlk - addons will only work on Active public mobile plans. Do you have an Active plan currently?
Note -If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, or ported your Public Mobile number to another provider, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve/My Account.

What happens when you dial 611 from your phone? If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can use 611 to buy some add-ons.
But what do you mean "blocked"?

@Cldlk hi how do you mean blocked ? your email and password won't work? did you try to clear your cache and cookies or try a different browser in secret or incognito mode , reboot your device and try to sign back into your account if that won't work

If your account is Active but you cannot access it through Internet, try calling 611 and purchase add-ons that way.
Work with agent to unlock your account in the mean time if you forgot password or similar.
