I’ve paid for a plan and it tells me to pay again in order to activate it

The referral $10 is a credit after the account is activated, usually people use it on renewal

Its still not working and I've paid for this plan twice!! AND i had a referral which didn't discount me $10 off.

did you use the app to activate your plan? and your PM sim card working now or not?
