How do I activate my phone

I’ve paid for a plan and it tells me to pay again in order to activate it

The referral $10 is a credit after the account is activated, usually people use it on renewal

Its still not working and I've paid for this plan twice!! AND i had a referral which didn't discount me $10 off.

did you use the app to activate your plan?  and your PM sim card working now or not?

you might need to ask PM support agent to check the activation.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:
