I signed up for 1 GB data subscription on Oct 1st. I been unable to use cell data since then. Calls and text ok. When i look at current subscription it does not say 1GB of data. How can i get this resolved?

How much is your regular plan cost...I can't find any current plan with 1 GB data.

I have an Iphone SE.
i have rebooted the phone and reset the network. Same problem as before.

what phone do you have?
after changing carrier, it is always better to try Reset network settings on the phone
please reboot the phone first, then Reset network settings and test again
