How could someone have an accès on my public mobile voicemail ?? Be careful everyone !

Someone logged in my voice mail account and listed all my personal voice mail from my callers ! That person guessed my voice mail password! I was shocked and my privacy no longer privacy now ! My ques is even though someone can guess your voice mail password but how could it possible that they can go to your number and and play all your voice messages !? I am kinda scared now ! I am scared he might have access on text or call history?? Could any moderators or anyone answer me this ? Let me know ! I having lot of problem in my personal life and can’t let anyone have access on my phone even though I didn’t see that person for years but he was texting me all my personal info to me ! Please help

From your Self-Serve account login, you can Reset Voicemail Password.  You can also Change Your Password and Change Your Security Question.

Alternately, you can message the mods to request a PIN/password change.  You'll need to provide enough personal information (account #, phone #, name, address, etc) to confirm your identity, and you'll need to wait until they process your request (which might take hours).

The @CS_Agent will also be able to provide you details from your calling history which will identify any other phone number(s) used to access your voicemail.

Change your passwords immediately.  Choose passwords which won't identify you in any way and which won't be easy for people who know you to guess (no important dates, anniversaries or birthdays, favourite numbers, known locker combinations, "1234", etc).

@Farjy Maybe you created a password that was very easy to guess (like year of your birth or people close to you, anniversary dates, etc.)? I suggest that you create password by using words (letters on keypad).

For example: talk > 8225

For example: my dog run away > 6372

Choose something new and unique that is easy to remember!

I suggest changing the voice mail password right away.  Passwords do not offer 100% security.  One thing that you might be able to do is find out what number was used to access the voice mail.  I suggest asking the moderator team for help.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.  Good luck with this case.  If you are able to obtain the caller ID, it might be useful to report it to police.
