If I new this was problem with this service I wouldn't have signed up for it. I need my phone back and right now I can't do that. I log in and it says forbidden ai.

I bought a voucher and I had to pay using my credit card to even get on the account, what do I do with this $60 voucher now? I tried adding it to my account for next time as there's an option to enter that information in the app. But it doesn't work.

The website is finicky. Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Even try a different device.
Have you download Public mobile app? You can even try the app.

You can make payment with 2 other options:
- Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC or 611 and make a payment with your CC on file.
- Purchase vouchers and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and PIN. Vouchers can be purchased from these locations:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples
Or contact a CS_Agent by private messaging to gain access your account and enable Subscribe on your CC on file at:
