How can you tell if a ticket is closed

I opened a ticket which was not resolved and I am being asked to authenticate again. How can I tell if the ticket is closed? It was regarding failure to contact

1-855-831-8151 Ontario electric support

@CellphoneuserPM  when did they reply you that? 

 

if you waited long enough, just reply the message and ask for update.

I have received a response from the moderator stating they are still working on the problem of contacting 1-855-831-8151 for OESP.

Hello @CellphoneuserPM , I believe they close after 48 hours of no communication back on forth on it.

 

If you responded to the message with the ticket number in it you would like that would be verification. But, different representatives are probably working on it at different times. So, best to confirm yourself again.

I have already contacted the moderator and had a case opened and after being told by Ona that I have not she is waiting for a response I asked for an update. Below is what I received.

did you just being asked to authenticate?  i think those authentication link has a time limit., 24 hours or 48.  If you missed the limit, reply the message and they can send you a new one

 

in terms of ticket closing, they usually would send another message saying they are waiting for your reply.  Then 24 hours later if you don't reply that, they will close the ticket.
