I cannot remember the email I used when I set up my husband's account.  How can I fix this?

Make a list of all emails that you and he have/had. 

Then try everyone with "forgot password"

 

If you or he used an alias...hmmm

If you or he has cancelled the email...hmmm

You can also try to reset the password.  Try different email addresses that you or your husband own.  Check the various email addresses for the reset password email.

Ask husband to go through his email accounts to find the Welcome message from PM.
