Public Mobile is using different shipping companies other than Canada Post at the moment. Even when Canada Post wasn't on strike, some SIM cards were sent by UPS.

@Margie12 If you need SIM card sooner you can buy one from Telus /koodo store or from Amazon . Good to have spare SIM card on hand anyways in case you ever lose or damage yours or to give to family of friends to join public mobile and use your refferal code to reward both accounts win/win . And if you reach out to support they may even reimburse you for picking one up if you been delayed by the postal strike and it’s been more then 10 business days already in that case it’s like a blessing in disguise if they will . But always good to have spare as I mentioned in the first place
