Hi
I have account with PublicMobile. I have 2 lines with Bell .Can I switch them to Public Mobile?

You need two Public Mobile accounts and your accounts from Bell must be in good standing and paid while you are doing the transfer.
You can fill the porting form from your self-serve account here.
If the porting fail, you will have to send an email to Public Mobile.
How to send an email ?

Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.
- Choose "SIM & Activation"
- Choose "Porting"
- Pick the option that matches closest to what you’re looking for help with.
Then click on "Email Us" and fill up the form.
Please note :
Porting a mobile number takes around 2-4 hours.
Porting a landline number takes 7 to 14 business days.
