I lost my phone with my SIM inside of it. I got a SIM card and paid subscription online on my previous account but still do not have access to the services. How can I resume using or retrieve my old phone number? Thanks

Once you have new SIM card in hand log into your account profile page and sim swap the number like this
SIM SWAPPING profile tabs
You can also do this on the app also
if you can’t log in get support to do it for you

did you login My Account and change the sim card number on My Account to the new one?
login My Account with the number you want to keep, then go to Profile page, click the pencil besides sim card number and update it
