Hi community,
I was trying to change the card payment details for my account, as I had to borrow a family members card to make my first payment (I have recently arrived to Canada from overseas). I couldn't find any way to do this on the app. I tried to buy an add-on for $15 to see if I had the option to change which card I buy it with, assuming there would be a confirmation/payment window... I learned the hard way that there is not. I have no use for this add-on and I'd like a refund.
I don't know what kind of service (apart from a greedy one that doesn't care about its customers) doesn't have a confirmation button to protect for accidental purchases, but anyway. Is there an actual person I can talk to to try and solve this issue? I've tried to log a ticket on 4 different days, and every time it displays error 404, so I guess public mobile has no intention on solving anybodies issues. Have any community members found a way around this?

Thank you very much everyone, I have not used it at all and likely won't (it's a texts and minutes bundle for the U.S, and I literally know no one there lol). Hopefully this works out! Cheers.

@JamieBrown69Other members have already given the links to contact the support agent. But I want to emphasize that until you get this resolve make sure the add-on is not used. If you've use it the changes for refund is very slim. 🙂

@JamieBrown69 pm is pre paid and typically no refunds how ever if it was a honest accident PM can sometimes help . Please submit ticket with support to see what can be done
