I cannot log into my account.
I can access myCommunity account, but for MyAccount I no longer have access to the old email I used to set it
up years ago.

if you still cannot login, you won't be able to open a ticket using Chatbot. Please engage CS Agent to resolve the issue by messaging them here

You can still login to your non-inactive email. It is just the login ID as long as your password is correct. The 2FA code will be texted to your phone.
If you tried too many times. You will be locked out for 1 hour.
If you are still having issues login. Contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket then Contact.
