How can I change my plan in now?

Hello,

 

I've just joined public mobile. 90days & only talk, no text messages

 

However, I didn't know exact meaning about 'no text message'. 

 

I can't get and send any message.

 

although I tried to change my plan, it will be activated at June 2018.

 

I did register Autopayment already.

 

How can I change my plan in now?

 

I want to change $25(unlimited talk & message) plan.

You will need to send a private message to

the @Moderator_Team,

giving them

1.  your full name.

2.  your phone number.

3.  4 digit PIN.

4.  Account email address.
Detailed explanation of specific your Plan change .
them can help you a lot nice team service

Basically, your options are:

- let your current (no text) plan complete the 90-day cycle before it renews with your new (with text) plan.

- prepay and activate your new (with text) plan now but lose any remaining days on your existing (no text) plan.  PM service is all prepaid, there are normally no refunds.

 

But I agree with @matbasm - the mods might be able to adjust your plan.
