My address is from Switzerland and has an umlaut (ä) in it.
According to the reccomondations, no special characters are allowed for the credit card transaction. Is an umlaut a special character? How should I write down my address? Replace the umlaut with "a" or with "ae"?
And further, why are not all UTF characters allowed in addresses?

There's no need for to accept these characters because Canadian credit cards can't have a billing addresss with those types. Public Mobile won't accept a card from Switzerland. You can use recharge.com or buy Public Mobile vouchers from a store in Canada.

Your credit card must be based in Canada and USA. PM does not accept credit cards from Europe or other foreign countries.
