I need a refund as my phone is not supporting E sim and I purchased the plan.

But eSIM is free now so you will get $0 credit. If you need a SIM, you will need to purchase a SIM from PM or Amazon…faster shipping from Amazon. It may take up to 3 weeks from PM or $10 from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store.
