I've been having issues with my hotspot, I turn it on and can connect my iPad to it, but when I go to use the Internet on my iPad it says "safari can't open the page because the servers can't be found" I've been having this issue for a long time. If I toggle the hotspot on and off multiple times sometimes it starts to work properly. Please help

Thanks, I already do that but I thought you had a Hotspot equipment such as the Sonim or other brand.

you have iPhone?
First, Enable Personal Hotspot:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Navigate to "Personal Hotspot" or "Cellular" > "Personal Hotspot".
Toggle on "Allow Others to Join".
Optionally, tap "Wi-Fi Password" to set or change the password.
On the device you want to connect (e.g., another iPhone, iPad, or computer), go to its Wi-Fi settings.
Look for your iPhone's hotspot name (which is your iPhone's name by default).
Select the hotspot name and enter the Wi-Fi password you set on your iPhone.
After you connected, on your iPhone which you share the hotspot, you'll see a green Personal Hotspot icon in the status bar when another device is connected, according to Apple Support.
You can also see the number of connected devices by swiping down from the top-right corner to open Control Center.

I reset to default and that seemed to solve my issue. Thanks for the help!

make sure both iOS and Carrier Profiles are updated
then Reset Network Settings
Last, Check APN, go Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network -> PERSONAL HOTSPOT / APN -> sp.mb.com , and Leave Username and Password blank.
