I git a text on Dec. 22/21 that I would instantly get 500 international min. and 2 gig of data if I replyed "yes", so I did. I never got it.

Geez....talk about leaving it late to ask. Officially you had until December 31st 2021 to ask for it to be added. Anyone after that posted that they didn't get it were advised to ask but I don't recall anyone reporting back that they got it. It can't hurt to try and hope for a one time only gesture of good will from customer support. Good Luck!🤞

@mjcm Sorry to say, but why did it take you almost 3 months to report that you didn't get it? It's hard to prove if you got it and already consumed it. Try messaging CS_Agent and see what they can do.

@mjcm it might be a bit late to ask for this back.
But if you have a screenshot of the reply with the date stamp, try to open a ticket with PM and try your luck
1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
