It is better to provider your old provider's account number instead of IMEI for porting
There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

You will need to reach out to customer service to create a ticket so that they could fix this for you. Please make sure to explain them the issue when you create the ticket. Here is the link you should be using to create the ticket:
