If you can't or aren't capable of providing more information about your account issue, try going to your wireless retailer, who opened the account for you. Could be the Mobile shop, etc.

Public Mobile is the lowest cost tier of the Telus corporation, pretty much any diagnostic and trouble shooting has to do by the user yourself. If you have selfserve you can log into your account to see what is happening.
