Hi,
I got new public mobile sim card I can call people but when people call me it goes to in box. I dont see any ringing to be able to answer them.
I would be thankful if you help me in this.

If you requested porting from your old provider and removed their Sim card before receiving the PAT (porting authorization text) to reply YES within 90 minutes then you will need to reinitiate the port request either by calling the telus porting department with your old provider's account # or by contacting customer to submit the request for you.
Customer support opens at 6am eastern. I believe telus opens at 7am eastern. Click on SiMon at the bottom of the page to submit a support ticket or send a private message. If you would like to call the telus porting department we.can send you the phone number via private message.

@Bijan1995 Did you port in your number during activation or you chose a new number? If you ported in, did you reply to a text message from your old sim? This is required to authorize the porting request.
