Did you just transfer your number? I had the issue when I transferred because I took the old SIM out too early.
Try: Remove the old provider's sim card from the phone, then to turn the phone off and then back on and to test the calls, the text messages and the data.

You can get the code sent to your email. Under where you would enter the code you will see did not get code click on it to send to email.

Did you send a direct message to "CS_Agent"? I messaged regarding a number transfer issue and they replied within a couple of hours and had it resolved!
