Hi,
I realize it is frustrating when you are experiencing an issue.. especially if it has been several or more hours since first reporting it.
However....... 🙂 if you follow these steps, I think you'll get better and faster answers:
1) Be very clear when you describe your problem.
2) Use the best grammar and spelling that you can (it can be surprising how some posts are so hard to read)
3) Describe what steps, if any, you have taken to resolve the issue
4) Make sure you go through the Knowledge Base and search the forums for relevant posts
5) If all else fails, flag a moderator.
Hope this helps,
Neil

Yes, this is a very imformative post. The number 1 thing that I find is people do not look at previous posts that have been asked a few minutes prior with the exact situation.

Thanks @neilselden!
Maybe one thing to add is check the help/ solutions section first, see if your problem is answered anywhere there! Or maybe try out our new question mark buddy Simon!
