Account is deactivated or suspended because of failed payment but I can't login to change my plan. I never received the email to authenticate and can't receive sms. Please help!!!

If your account is suspended, you can only send the 2FA code by email.
Clear the cache on your browser and go incognito on a laptop or desktop computer.
Sometimes it takes two try to get the code.
