I bought a 25 dollars voucher ,put it on my phone,you publicmobile sent me a text confirming payment was made and I have no service, please fix this

Check your self service account. Is the $25 in your available balance? Or did PM already take the $25. Your payment history page should show more information.
It just make take some more time to activate.

@Coreybaker hi if your phone was suspended go into your self serve to look for the reactivate button press it then reboot phone
