We were locked out of our phone plan, the sim quit working and we are needing to cancel the autopay.
we can’t access acct because don’t have the cell number or email to access it to cancel. What do we do? Can this be messaged to the customer service helper?

maybe your account already suspended? Call 1-855-4PUBLIC , enter your number and check what the system says. If system said your account is suspended, then you are good, no action needed. If the system cannot find your number, then your account is closed already
if the system says you still have an active account, the you can message Support agent and ask them to remove the credit card. You can submit ticket by direct message:
