@Enas2   We are only customers here in the community, not customer service agents, so we can't do anything with your phone or account only give advice.  @softech  already explained how to contact customer service agents.

Hi, I wan from you as a customer agent block this cell phone please I can’t do anything from what you said just I want the company deactivate the cell phone

@Enas2  Can you explain in a little more detail please?  Has your phone been lost or stolen?  If so you can log in to your account (using the email option for the code) and mark it as lost or stolen.

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there       

also, ,   use  the FindMy service to locate the phone and try a remote wipe
