Hello, I am unable to send pictures or voice notes or GIFs, etc. via text message. I can send via iMessage only. When I try to send a picture via text message for example, a message pops up on my phone saying "Cannot Send Message: MMS Messaging needs to be enabled to send this message."
I have gone into the settings on my phone and under "messaging" the "MMS Messaging" is enabled (it is toggled on). "Send as SMS" is also enabled. I don't know where else I could enable MMS Messaging. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hello, yes I can send regular SMS and there are no issues with iMessage. It looks like it's just the MMS. This is also a new account so I will submit a ticket! Thanks so much!

HI @AlyB
is that new account you just activated?
you can send regular SMS or not at all?
Yes, if only SMS and iMessage have issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation. Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem. And with the SMS and iMessage problem, it will affect account verification when iMessage needs to setup with your phone number. PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
