Why was I double billed this month on April the 22nd I would like the charge reverse back to my card

Yes first time I notice double charge but going to check all the way back to make sure I never missed any been over a year now when I join public

you sure it is not a pending charge only? check with the bank first

if you are sure both charges went through, then ask agent to help and check.

By chance, is one of the charges a pending charge?  Is this the first time for double charge?  

Are you a new customer who signed up recently?  If so, did you have troubles initially signing up.  Sometimes with trouble activations, a double "ghost" account is created that causes the double charge. 

If actual charge, you will need to contact customer service agent.   Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Follow prompts to submit ticket.  It can take several hours to 1-2 days for CSA to respond.
