I paid $50.00 for my plan but it didn’t renew. It’s impossible to talk to someone over the phone and I’m trying to get a ticket but keeps saying my user name is not correct.
I’ve been without my plan since paying 3 days ago.

Did you possibly have a credit card problem recently?

I just get options to pay for plans or add ons
or check my account/service.
it’s says my plan is good until December 30th but I can’t call, text or no data.

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
