@dbenjicoleyWhen was the last time you accessed your account? Is your phone working? If it was not used for 90 days it would have been deleted and deactivated which would explain your e-mail login not working.

you will need to message the mods and ask them to investigate. could you have used a different email address? did you activate at a retail store ? maybe you never set up/created an account?

I cannot use the reset password option because public mobile doesn't recognize my email address. What's my next option?

there is only a lost password feature which i beleive should still be working.
