I just signed up for a new service, I was originally inquiring about it, but decided to follow through and sign up not realizing I was doing it on the wrong phone. so now the phone that I intended to sign up on, has no service and I don’t know how to set it up.

you using esim or hard sim ? If hard sim, just move it to new phone.
If esim, you'll need to download the app on new phone, sign in and buy a new esim.

@Chesley So your using eSIM not physical sim ? If so use the new phone you want to use and log into the PM app and rebuy eSIM and you will get credit back for the price at check out if you have physical SIM just take out of the old phone and put it in the new phone and reboot the device , if you have any issues get support to help
