@RyannjjohnIn that case, it sounds like Public Mobile's end is working but you will need to configure your phone so that it only downloads large files eg OS and apps updates via wifi. These days those updates can be a few hundred to a gb or 2 in size.

@RyannjjohnLog into your selfserve accout to make sure you still have data left in your allotment. If you have data, make sure your APN is set correctly and data is set to on. If that fails put your SIM card into a known working phone to narrow down if it is the problem with your phone or Public Mobile
