Hi everyone. My plan successfully renewed 3 days ago. I recieved the text. Yesterday I was listening to internet radio and it stopped. I checked my usagage and it says I've used 200MB of my 6GB plan. But it still won't work. I tried a reboot but had no luck. Any ideas would be appriciated. thank you

Yes it is. A 3gb + bonus 3. I sent them a measage this morning but no one has got back to me.

@3rad, is the plan you have a so called "3G speed" plan.  There have been issues with the data counter not resetting upon renewal.  I suggest sending a private message with your account information to the moderator team to investigate.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following link for information on contacting the moderator team.
