Hi everyone. My plan successfully renewed 3 days ago. I recieved the text. Yesterday I was listening to internet radio and it stopped. I checked my usagage and it says I've used 200MB of my 6GB plan. But it still won't work. I tried a reboot but had no luck. Any ideas would be appriciated. thank you

Yes it is. A 3gb + bonus 3. I sent them a measage this morning but no one has got back to me.

@3rad, is the plan you have a so called "3G speed" plan. There have been issues with the data counter not resetting upon renewal. does any other Data related issues exist? can you browse? get email, etc?
