Help with Customer Service!!!

I have never encountered a more frustrating "customer service" platform. I have no ability to make or receive calls and I have submitted several tickets online and no one is getting back to me. It's been 5 DAYS!  I'm not sure at what point I just cancelled and go to another carrier.

Other SIMs from other carriers do work in the phone

@Aven   If the sim works in other phones have you tried other phone's sims in your phone?

unfortunately that didn't work.

@Aven  .be sure to update carrier profile too if it’s needed in phone settings

Existing customer. Just put the SIM in a new phone. Have done a phone update and reset networks. SIM works in other phones. No Agent reply yet. thanks. New message sent.

Thanks. I've sent a message to the CS_Agents. I checked my in box and there are no responses from my previous tickets.

new customer or existing?

try Reset All Networks on your phone 

and did you try thr sim in another phone??

and you checked Community inbox for agent reply??
