Hi, I'm new to the service and purchased an add-on for international minutes. I don't see an option to remove or cancel the add-on. Kindly help! I'd like to remove the add-on and I haven't used any of it yet.

@Amar11 PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund. But PM supports are understanding and might be willing to help to reverse the transaction and put the fund back in My Account as a credit
