eSIM was activated on the wrong device. How do I correct this? Would I need to get another eSIM?

you can rebuy a new eSIM for FREE
To rebuy new eSIM, first, download the app on your new phone. Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM. Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $ and Install and following the prompt to complete and purchase (PM will add a $5 credit back to bring it to $0) and install eSIM on your device
