And incoming call and text?
Did you check for updates?
Maybe also try the reset network settings.

No I can't use cell data at all. I can call and text that's all.

But can you call in and out? Text in and out? Browse a web page on cell data (not wifi)?
Maybe go to settings, general, about and see if anything wants to download.

Hello again I have the phone in my hand the #1 bell Sim is unselected and  #2 esim public mobile with my number beside it. Now what should I do

I will if it's needed. Let's wait till he gets home so we can continue to troubleshoot before we reach out to a CS Agent.

While there could very well be a number porting issue at play here, being unable to make outgoing calls isn't a number porting issues.  I would suggest contacting Public Mobile's customer support agents instead.

Yes. Remove the Bell SIM card and then reboot.

First, please try restarting your device.

If that doesn't work:

The inabiliy to receive incoming phone calls could be a number porting issue, outgoing calls wouldn't be.  Before anyone else says to call the porting team phone number, I advrise against that as i believe this to be an account provisioning issue and not specific to number porting.  Please open a ticket with Public Mobile using the cahtbot.

If the chatbot returns an error message while trying to open a ticket, send a private message to CS_Agent.

Should I remove the bell sim I choose to use a esim with public mobile. Text works just not calls.

Please turn off automatic and pick Public Mobile. Then reboot. Let me know if that works.

EDIT: BTW, you will see Bell as an option only because Public Mobile piggie backs when PM towers are not strong enough where you may be.

So if you said yes to the port, did you reboot your phone? If the port did not go through I can send you the number to the porting department to help you further. Please let us know if a reboot helps.

Edit: If your Bell SIM is in your phone, do you still have service? If so then the port didn't go through. Then you will for sure need the number I'll send you. But if you don't have service with the Bell SIM in your phone, then the port went through and we'll figure here how to help you figure this out.
