Unfortunately I didn't create an account for my daughter in time before she lost her phone... and after a few months of searching we concluded it is either lost or stolen... that being said, we purchased a new SIM, but to transfer the SIM we need either an account set up (which we dont and need the phone for it) or the actual phone (which is lost/stolen). Can anyone help us so we can get her going? Autopay is still on and we've been paying since March I believe... any assistance would be appreciated!

If it fails, you will need to contact the moderators.

@Julianne2009 Do not activate the new SIM. Instead, regain access to the account as suggested by @Staliger and then click Change SIM after logging in. You should have service immediately.
