Hi,
I activated and paid for my Public Mobile service on February 4, but I still have not received my SIM card in the mail.
The chatbot mentions a possible postal disruption, but Canada Post is operating normally, so I’m unsure what the delay is. I’ve also been unable to reach customer support for assistance.
Unfortunately, my phone does not support eSIM, so I cannot activate service without the physical SIM card.
Can someone please help me resolve this or advise on the next steps?
Thank you.

Check for stores close to you, but call and confirm before you go

Most mobile Klinik sells PM Sim cards. The workers likely get a commission for selling you a Telus or Koodo plan. If not available, try a Telus or Koodo store. Should be several of them in the Toronto downtown area.

I just went to Yonge and Sheppard Centre, Mobile Klinik store. They are indicating they don’t provide it and asked me to switch to Telus or Koodo? Is there anything I need to tell them specifically in order for them to issue me a SIM card. The store address is:
Mobile Klinik - Yonge & Sheppard
K245 4841 YONGE ST TORONTO ON M2N5X2

Public mobile states that SIM card shipping takes up to 10 business days to arrive. There seem to be longer shipping times recently.
If more than 10 business days, then you can contact customer service agent.
Otherwise, if you need your service right away, you can consider purchasing $10 SIM card from a corporate Telus or Koodo store or Mobile Klinik store. Keep the receipt and send to CSA and often will credit back the $10 to your account. Or you could use Amazon with prime shipping.
