Help my physical does not wokr

I scanned the QR code that came with package but and I set up everything including the eSIM but the physical sim does not work anymore what do I do?

I just got the card today I was just setting it up and it made me choose eSIM and I paid and all that but I don’t want to use the eSIM I want to use the physical card for an older phone that doesn’t not support eSIM 

@Agni if the physical SIM has not been registered yet then you should be able to switch back to it, but if it was already registered than you would need to get another SIM card as they can only be used once even if it's for the same account. Is your phone working fine (all services like call, text and data) with the eSIM? If so, you can stick with the eSIM and keep the physical SIM as a back up or to give to a friend/family member. I'm using an eSIM and have had no issues.

Yes I got a new pm physical sim but when setting up they made me do eSIM 

You have a brand new PM physical sim?

If you have one, ask PM to help and they can switch.  Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

I didn’t want to even use the eSIM but it made me set it up as I was getting my plan activated can I cancel the eSIM and get the card to work?

@Agni once you have setup the Public Mobile eSIM the Public Mobile physical SIM card will stop working. You can have other eSIM's on the phone which is commonly used when people travel abroad but you have to select the eSIM to be primary. Were you expecting to use both physical and eSIM from PM?
