Freezing my account but keeping my phone number

I’m in the U.S. for a few months and will not be using my Canadian phone plan. Can I freeze my account but keep my phone number so I still have it when I go back to Canada?

Also, I cannot login to my account because I can’t recieve the verification code to my Canadian number while I’m out of the country.

How long you are leaving?  If long, then better to park your number with Fongo for $25.  You can also use the number in the app and wifi or data  while you are away

You could just change your plan to include usa and Mexico calling and you could continue using your phone will you are there

@paintingtoenail if you set your plan to Unsubscribed (from the app or the website) then PM will not take anymore money from you but you need to be careful not to let 90 days lapse otherwise your account will be closed and you will lose your number. Best to turn the subscribe toggle back on a few days before just in case any hiccups. If you can't get your verification code you can click on "Didn't get code" and select to receive the code by email
